At GlowPair, we value your trust and intimacy. This policy outlines what data we collect and how we handle it.

What We Collect:

• Your display name
• Timestamped “signals” of interest
• Relationship links between two users (couples)

We do NOT collect:

• Emails
• Passwords
• Location data
• Sexual preferences or histories

How We Use It:

• To notify both users when mutual interest is signaled
• To improve the app’s design, functionality, and reliability
• For internal diagnostics and system security

Where It’s Stored:

• In a private, secure cloud server located in Canada
• Only accessible by GlowPair employees and not shared with any third party

Third Parties:

• We use Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) to deliver notifications. Apple may have technical access to notification content.

No Profiling or Commercialization:

We do not — and will not — use this data to study, analyze, or profile users’ sex lives. The purpose of data retention is strictly to make the app better and more reliable.

Age Requirement:

Users must be 17 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age.
